Bay Women Association Network (BAYWAN), with Saferworld and EU support, completed the second phase of our advocacy training in Baidoa, building on the success of the first phase in Hudur. This initiative focuses on integrating inclusive and gender-transformative Early Warning and Early Response (EWER) systems into policy frameworks.
