To initiate income generating activities (IGAs) for women and youth
To provide vocational skills for women, youth and IDPs to become self-reliant
To conduct HIV/AIDS awareness campaigns

To encourage and assist the involvement of Somali women in the processes of reconciliation, reconstruction and economic development;
