Empowering the Next Generation: A Child-Led Advocacy Initiative

On 20th November 2024, BAYWAN, in collaboration with GREDO Somalia Save the Children in Somalia and DANIDA, launched a powerful project to empower children to advocate for their rights.

Participants included children, teachers, madrasa tutors, child protection officers, parent-teacher representatives, and local duty bearers—united in fostering change through schools and madrasa structures.
