Today, our Executive Director, Zainab Omar Ali, along with the NRF Network team south west state had a pivotal meeting with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Southwest State, Somalia. This introductory session brought together various organizations under the NRF umbrella, including SOYVA, SCAG, SGRO, IHRO, BAYWAN, and LPI, to discuss our shared mission of fostering true national reconciliation among all communities in the south.
At BAYWAN, we are deeply committed to peacebuilding and reconciliation efforts, and this meeting marks a significant step towards our goal. Working collaboratively, we aim to create resilient, inclusive communities where every voice is heard, and peace can flourish.
We look forward to the positive impact this partnership will have and are excited about the journey ahead.
